Shipping Policy

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? WILL FLEX ARMY DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

Yes, Flex Army's shipments are currently continuing. Infact, we'll ship right to your doorstep for free this month only! You qualify for free shipping if your order is above $50.

Our teams are working around the clock to ensure the availability of products, and continue to bring on the additional capacity to deliver customer orders. Our products are in high demand and we're working over-time to ensure your package arrives safe and sound!

SHIPPING TIME

It will take 1-5 business days to process your order after confirmation. We dispatch your package Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Friday or the next week on Monday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

Please note these are only estimates, orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame. Orders may take longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into your order.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. We endeavor to ship orders as quickly as possible. You will be able to track your order on USPS or on our tracking page from dispatch to delivery.

As people stay in doors around the world and nation, we have seen an increase in people shopping at our store. This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. 

Customers that ordered in March will experience a delay in their orders. Orders placed before April 11 will experience a delay of 10-25 days and orders placed after April 11 will have normal delivery times of 7-15 business days. We appreciate your understanding of the situation of our best-seller Flexarmy Boxing Reflex Ball.

For a better understanding, here is the trend and predicted delivery times from the time you order:

My order has not been shipped out yet, where is it?

As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping at our store. This has caused a stock shortage and resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual.

Customers that ordered in March will experience a delay in their orders. We were not expecting such a high demand for our product moving into March and the COVID-19 shopping influx. We appreciate your understanding of the situation of our best-seller Flexarmy Boxing Reflex Ball.

Moving forward, we have increased the production of our boxing reflex ball. We understand any sort of delay could harm the experience of our customers and is a poor representation of Flex Army's standard of quality. We could have never expected this. We hope every customer the best as they understand our situation!

Customers have all the right to cancel their orders and receive a full refund if their orders have not shipped out. Customers may not be able to purchase at this discounted price if their previous order is canceled. The wait is worth it!

Does the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) spread through packages?

Our customers are safe. COVID-19 does not spread through mail. Flex Army and USPS takes measures to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

Current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidance continues to indicate there is no evidence the virus is spreading through the mail. According to WHO, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low, and the risk of catching the virus from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low.

Currently, there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is $13 but because of the delays caused by the coronavirus and high-demand, shipping is FREE on orders over $50

Will I get a tracking number after I make an order?

We provide you a tracking number to track your order when we dispatch it. You will be able to track your order on our tracking page or USPS's website.

If you have not received a tracking number, chances are we have not shipped out your product yet. The common cause for this is a delay on our logistics side. You can always contact us if you are confused, we will be glad to clear up any confusion and concerns.

Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.

Where is my order confirmation email?

You should receive your order confirmation almost instantly. If not, please wait for 5 minutes. Sometimes the order confirmation email can fall into your spam folder or promotions folder.

You can try to do a quick search in your email service provider's search bar for "Flex Army" or "Confirmation" or "Order".

Please contact our customer service support team if you are still unable to find your order confirmation email. We will check our system and send you out another email.

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All prices listed on the website are in currency that you choose, however, all final checkouts are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

I've been charged multiple time, what do I do?

Please confirm if you received an email confirmation via the email address you entered. If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank’s institution. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges. Please be sure the billing address you are providing us is matching the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges.

I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

How do I use or enter my discount code?

You will be able to use your discount code on the last page of the checkout. If you're on mobile you can expand the order summary to use it.

I got an email saying that I have to verify my order details. What does that mean?

We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit cardholder. For example, if you are placing an order with a credit card that is issued in a different country than where you are placing the order form, our system will detect the difference in countries and your order will be flagged as a potential risk of fraud.

Refunds, Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

I need to cancel my order, it hasn't shipped out yet.

We take customer order cancellations very seriously. Our customers have all the right to cancel their orders and receive 100% of their money back without any questions asked.

We will be unable to cancel your order and refund you if your order has already been shipped out. In this case, to receive a full refund, please return the package to us in its original condition. This is to protect Flex Army from fraudulent claims to get our product for free.

Our dedicated customer service team responds Sunday to Friday, please allow 24 hours for a response. Do not worry! We will get to your email. 

I need to fix my order details!

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel or change your order or to change the address of your order. 

If you decide to change your shipping address, please email us at contact@flexarmy.com as soon as you place your order. 

We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late to make changes to your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. 

If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund, return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days after the receipt of the product. To process a refund, cancellation, return or exchange please contact us via the contact form, or at contact@flexarmy.com. Our team responds within 4 to 24 hours. Please title the subject form “REFUND”, “RETURN”, “EXCHANGE”, or “CANCEL” so we can better serve you in a swift manner.

For full refunds, you must return your product in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We do not pay for your shipping costs. 

Damaged or incorrectly delivered items will receive a full refund. Please send in a video or picture to our customer service team to arrange a refund. 

Incorrectly delivered products need to be shipped back for a full refund

Items not delivered will receive a full refund if indicated on the tracking number. If we have not yet shipped your product, and you would like to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All exchanges are free.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after the receipt of the product, we will not be able to provide you any sort of refund, exchange or return.

How long does it take for a refund to show up in my bank account?

While a refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to 15 business days for the funds to reach your account. If you'd like to double-check on the refund in our system. Give us a shout. Unfortunately, we can not do much to speed this process.
